As reported in the recent Tau Talk (Issue #2, Vol. 2025)  due to storm damage in April 2025, the House and Shed roofs are being replaced. Siding on the North side of the House that was installed in 2012 was slightly damaged. Other siding, installed in the late 90s, was undamaged. Luckily there was no window damage. Damage to the fascia and gutters is still being determined. Some cars parked in the lot sustained broken windows. Thankfully, no Brothers or guests were injured. 

Cody St. Michael and others working closely with a local roofing contractor requested immediate help!  By the end of June, the roof was replaced!

Separately, through the generous donation of an Alumni, the House was power washed and then the porch and all the trim was painted by early July!
